As you know, COVID-19 has dramatically interrupted daily life. We have taken swift measures to stay on top of the latest recommendations for food service. Thank you for being flexible as things continue to change daily if not hourly. Also, thanks to our managers and staff for quickly communicating and implementing the changes.
Right now, our main focus is serving our wholesale accounts and customers safely. Those include following CDC guidelines including frequently washing hands for 20 seconds, using hand sanitizer and implementing social distancing. We are also following the State of New Hampshire mandates. In the coming days, what we do that will most likely change. We will take calculated and measured steps to stay current with recommendations by the various state and federal agencies.
We understand cafes are meeting points and bring joy into customers lives. This goes for all cafes, whether they are ours or our customers. This is uncharted territory. Luckily, people need coffee, whether on the road or at home. It is our goal to stay open and serve our customers as best we can as this situation progresses over the next weeks.
