Fresh Take on November Drink Specials

Honey ginger cortado
Recipes

The air is getting a little cooler, and our coffee cravings are officially shifting to cozy, comforting flavors. While it's tempting to just stick with your usual order, we've got a couple of new drink recipes that are perfect for getting you in the November spirit.

Ready to find your new favorite fall drink? Let's dive in.

Honey Ginger Cortado: A Tiny, Perfect Drink

This one-of-a-kind drink is designed to be a one-size-fits-all experience. Why? Because the balance of flavors is just right, and we didn't want to mess with perfection. It's a sweet, spicy, and smooth cortado that will wake up your taste buds without overwhelming you.

Here's what goes into it:

  • 20 grams of honey for a little touch of sweetness.
  • One double shot of our rich, delicious Rare Breed Smash Pop Espresso to give it a strong backbone.
  • Topped with steamed, ginger-infused whole milk.

Curious how we make that amazing ginger milk? It's easy, you just need a little patience. Just slice up 3 ounces of fresh ginger, add it to 2 liters of whole milk, and let it steep for 12 hours. After that, strain out the ginger, and you're good to go!

If you're making this at home, grab a can of our Rare Breed Colombia Single Origin beans for a truly special flavor.

Pumpkin Pie Steamer: All the Pie, None of the Crust

Pumpkin spice gets all the hype, but this steamer is a true game-changer. It's like a liquid slice of pumpkin pie in a mug, and it comes in any size you like! It's warm, sweet, and pure comfort on a cold day.

It's super simple to put together, too.

  • Add the Pumpkin Puree Sauce: Add 1 ½ oz (small), 2 oz (medium), or 2 ½ oz (large) of pumpkin sauce to your cup.
  • Steam the milk and pour it in.
  • Top it with whipped cream and make sure you add a garnish of pumpkin pie spice and a little cookie.

This isn't just a kids' drink; it's a nostalgic, indulgent, warm caffeine-free beverage.

So there you have it. Two absolute powerhouse drinks that will dominate your November.
