Our version of a hazy IPA. This tropical fruit bomb coffee collides with some brown sugar notes for a supremely well balanced coffee. These beans are big, beautiful and dense. We let them absorb a bit of energy upfront during the drying and development phase unlocking the complexity of tropical flavors. We drop the end temp to enhances the sweetness.
