Coming from the land of sun, sand and volcanic ash, our Kona coffee offers a mental getaway with every sip. We want to highlight the richness of this coffee by caramelizing the sugars a little, bringing out a decadent sweetness. It is a solid medium roast which accentuates its full body and intense aroma. Even though the picking season is late fall, the green is kept in parchment until it’s shipped to retain moisture and protect the green.
