Punkstock is a rogue dark roast. It has all the bold flavors of a dark coffee, but has enough nerve to stop short of obliterating complexity. The natural sugars are caramelized to perfection, which translate to butterscotch and dark chocolate flavors.

Coffee snobs don’t like dark coffees. To hell with them! We have a dark roast that has complexity, sweetness and a chocolatey lingering finish. Punkstock coffee has a longer development time with a higher end temperature. It allows the natural sugars to caramelize, but not char. Just because we appreciate a dark roast doesn’t mean we want to drink ash.
